Simple Returns
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your product(s) to us (used and unused) within 30 days of original shipping date and we will issue you a refund.

Return credit card purchases:
To return orders by mail follow steps 1-3 below:
1. Enclose a note or letter in your package containing the following information:
• Name, address, and daytime phone number.
• Original order number.
• List of items you are returning.
2. Mail the package back insured to the address below:

3. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges). Adjustments to credit cards will be made and should appear within two billing cycles.
Return cheque/money order purchases:

• State your order was a Mail Order.
• List of items you are returning.

3. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges).
We will mail you a cheque for your refund via regular post. Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive your refund cheque.
Refunding shipping charges:
Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer’s defect or freight damage. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of manufacturer’s defect or freight damages.
